Hi, I’m Luis. I own Pro Air Duct Cleaning, and I’m the one who shows up.

I was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana, and I started Pro Air Duct Cleaning in 2018. That’s about eight years of doing this now. I started out working in my own hometown, and the business grew from there on referrals and word of mouth. Today we’re past 180 five-star reviews on Google.

We’ve served homeowners all over Northern Indiana from day one — Elkhart, Goshen, South Bend, Mishawaka, and the towns between, plus our neighbors just over the Michigan line. Home base has never moved: 1024 Monroe St, Elkhart.

The part I like about running a small business is that you know exactly who you’re dealing with. When you call Pro Air, you’re not getting bounced around a call center or handed off to whatever crew happens to be free that day. I’m the owner. I answer the phone, I do the work, and if something isn’t right, I’m the one who fixes it.

I run commercial-grade equipment and clean the whole system properly instead of rushing to squeeze in as many houses as I can in a day. I’ll also be straight with you about pricing. If I don’t think you need something, I’ll tell you that instead of trying to sell it to you.

My name is on every job, so my reputation rides on all of it. My goal here is pretty simple. Do good work, charge a fair price, and build the same reputation in Elkhart that Pro Air built back home.

Elkhart taught me the business model without meaning to: this is a town that works hard, knows what honest work looks like, and talks to its neighbors. Cut a corner and everyone hears about it; do it right and the phone rings. Eight years and 180+ five-star reviews later, that’s still the entire marketing plan.
